The subject of research in the article is methods testing digital devices implemented on programmable logic (PLDs). aim to substantiate approach diagnosing microprocessor systems based PLD, which a further development self-diagnostics method. following tasks are solved article: analysis existing for conducted, their advantages and disadvantages disclosed; analyzed approaches diagnosis systems, integrated circuits with structure; an PLDs proposed, principle interaction between processors by introducing service processor into multiprocessor system. results have been obtained: it has proved that implementation proposed models system will provide diagnostic information about technical state It noted availability condition basis making decision restore reprogramming PLD.
